Persimmon Vinegar Olive Oil Dip

Some of the best recipes are the simplest ones. Our Naturally Fermented Persimmon Vinegar is so flavorful on its own that it takes just a handful of pantry staples to make something truly special. Here are two of our most-reached-for everyday recipes: a rich olive oil dip for bread and vegetables, and a 60-second salad dressing that lets the ingredients shine.

  • One pinch black pepper

  • Olive oil and Persimmon Vinegar to lightly coat

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the greens, toss lightly.
