Thank you also for including the recipe for the salad dressing. I use your vinegar as my morning boost: 2 tsp vinegar, 2tsp lemon juice , dash of cayenne, ground ginger, dash of salt and cinnamon. Add hot water. Used to use Braggs but I like your persimmon vinegar better. Thanks, L

So far I have not created anything special with my new persimmon vinegar. It’s very mild and still flavorful and I use it mostly to make salad dressing. This week I did add some to some pickled vegetables and it tasted great.
This is such an inspiring product to have in one's kitchen. The bottles are very appealing to the eye - great shape, beautiful logo design, and I love the color palette as well. As for the vinegar itself: in my opinion, the persimmon vinegar tastes better than apple cider vinegar. I am enjoying the new flavors! I purchased the 6 pack to give out as holiday gifts.
