Persimmon Vinegar Christmas Cocktail Recipe

Yield: Makes 2 cocktails (multiply by 4+ for a holiday punch)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp persimmon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 cups slightly hot water (or sparkling for a spritz)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 ounces gin, tequila, or vodka
  • A handful of fresh pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Add pomegranate juice, persimmon vinegar, honey, hot water, lemon, and liquor to a pitcher and mix together until honey dissolves.
  2. Allow drink to cool and reach room temperature, about 5–10 minutes.
