Ingredients:
Makes 2 cocktails. To serve as a holiday punch, multiply ingredient amounts by at least 4.

1/4 cup pomegranate juice

2 tbsp persimmon vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1.5 cups slightly hot water -- optional to use sparkling for more of a spritz

Juice from 1 lemon

3 ounces of your choice of gin, tequila, or vodka

A handful of fresh pomegranate seeds
Directions:

Add pomegranate juice, persimmon vinegar, honey, hot water, lemon, and liquor to a pitcher and mix together until honey dissolves.
