Ingredients:

Makes 2 cocktails. To serve as a holiday punch, multiply ingredient amounts by at least 4.

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 2 tbsp persimmon vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1.5 cups slightly hot water -- optional to use sparkling for more of a spritz

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 3 ounces of your choice of gin, tequila, or vodka

  • A handful of fresh pomegranate seeds

    Directions: 

    1. Add pomegranate juice, persimmon vinegar, honey, hot water, lemon, and liquor to a pitcher and mix together until honey dissolves. 

    2. Allow drink to cool and reach room temperature, about 5-10 minutes.

    3. Set up two cocktail glasses and fill with ice. Pour cocktail mixture over ice and top with pomegranate seeds. Serve and enjoy!
