We love this chicken marinade recipe because it adds a whole new adventurous flavor to an old favorite and is simple to make. This recipe is inspired by one of our customers —thanks for sharing it, Bobbie!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lbs of chicken

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Persimmon Vinegar

  • A splash of white wine

  • 3-4 chopped garlic cloves

  • Salt, pepper, and spices of your choice to taste

  • Optional: to add some sweetness include 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup

Directions:

1. Mix olive oil, Persimmon Vinegar, white wine, garlic, salt, pepper, and spices together.
2. Poke holes in the chicken with a fork. Pour the mixture over the chicken and allow it to marinade for 30 minutes or longer in the fridge.
3. Grill or bake to your preference.
