We love this vinegar. We mix with olive oil and add tsp honey, s&p, and that's it! So flavorful and complementary to spring salads. I used to love balsamic dressing the most, but now we keep coming back for more persimmon! Highly recommend.
Whenever a recipe calls for vinegar, I've swapped in your Persimmon Vinegar, and find it gives a more delicate but sweet and flavorful taste. I've used it in salads, and in a dumpling dipping sauce instead of rice vinegar, where it made a delicious difference!
Thank you also for including the recipe for the salad dressing. I use your vinegar as my morning boost: 2 tsp vinegar, 2tsp lemon juice , dash of cayenne, ground ginger, dash of salt and cinnamon. Add hot water. Used to use Braggs but I like your persimmon vinegar better. Thanks, L

So far I have not created anything special with my new persimmon vinegar. It’s very mild and still flavorful and I use it mostly to make salad dressing. This week I did add some to some pickled vegetables and it tasted great.
This is such an inspiring product to have in one's kitchen. The bottles are very appealing to the eye - great shape, beautiful logo design, and I love the color palette as well. As for the vinegar itself: in my opinion, the persimmon vinegar tastes better than apple cider vinegar. I am enjoying the new flavors! I purchased the 6 pack to give out as holiday gifts.

I absolutely love this persimmon vinegar!. It's a milder vinegar than store-bought ACV, and supports a fabulous local regenerative farm that is paving the way in innovative ways. I drink some in my water every morning and enjoy it much more than ACV. I also use it to cook with, make salad dressings, etc. Here's a great video from Chef PA using the olive oil to make a dressing from rockfish drippings.
